-What is the Exchange Policy?
If your are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange it with another product. You must bring it back in within 14 days of purchase along with the original recipipt.
-Can i Exchange the purchased product from any Outlet?
No, you can only exchange the product from the outlet where you purchased it.
-What if my merchandise does not fit?
You can perform a speed exchange of your purchase by going to the store where you purchased it. Please remember to bring the invoice along with you. The exchange or refund should be made in within 14 days.
-Can i shop your product online?
No, at the moment this service is not available.
-Are you planning to go international?
Yes, we are soon going international; We have got plans to franchise in Dubai & London. At the moment we are trying to cover all the major cities of Pakistan.
-What if my merchandise is damaged?
We do a satisfactory check of all our products before packaging it. However, if your purchased item is damaged we will exchange it in withing 14 days of purchase.
