About In-Store Pickup
All items are available for purchase online, but certain items can be ordered online for pick up at an Stone Age Store.
To Place Your In-Store Pickup Order:
- Select your store by searching the zip code where you would like to pick up your items. We will provide a list of the stores within range of the zip code entered that have the item you're looking for.
- Select the location that is best for pick up.
- You'll receive an email confirmation from the store that has reserved your order for pick up. Your In-Store order will not be available for pick up until you receive the email confirmation.
- You will usually receive the email confirmation within approximately two hours of placing your In-Store Pickup order, when you order during regular business hours. Check store hours.
- We can place your order on hold for you at the available store of your choice for 2 days.
Picking Up Your Order:
- Your order will be waiting for you at the store that was selected. Any representative at the store can assist you when you come in for pick up.
- Pick up times are dependent on store hours and vary from store to store.

Pricing
In-Store prices and promotions may vary from those of our online store. All In-Store Pickup orders will be subject to In-Store pricing and promotions, and prices will reflect current In-Store promotions on the day of pick up.

Availability
We make every effort to give you current product availability information, however, our store inventory is constantly changing, and we cannot always guarantee an item's availability. Some of the reasons this could occur include a promotion ending or a new promotion beginning, as well as an item going on sale or selling out.
Return Policy
In-Store Pickup orders may be returned to any store within the PAKISTAN, but may not be returned online. Please refer to the information printed on the back of your In-Store purchase receipt for our policy regarding In-Store returns.
