Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us and we will gladly issue a refund or process an exchange within 30 days of the purchase date.

Online Returns

  • Complete the return/exchange form that was included with your order and enclose it with your return package.
  • If you are returning item(s) only, complete the "Returns" section. If you are exchanging item(s), complete the "Returns" section and complete the "Exchanges" section.
    Please Note: we will not be able to process your refund and we will send your package back to you if you do not include this form with your return.
  • Complete the "Your Information" section if the exchange order requires information that is different from your original order
  • Pack and seal the return form with the merchandise you wish to return securely in the original box.  All returned merchandise must be unworn and in new condition with the original tags attached. Underwear must be returned unworn in the original packaging.
  • Fill in the "From" section on the return Smart Label (included with your order) and affix the label to the outside of your return package
  • Drop off you return package at any USPS Location

Please retain the portion of the Smart Label with your tracking number. This number is required to track your return/exchange package. If you have misplaced your return Smart Label, just call us at (0092-42) 111 245 245, or send us an email at Customerservice@stoneagejeans.com and we will be happy to send a new label to you.

In-Store Returns

You may return your online purchase to any STG store location. To find a store location near you, click here..

  • Bring your order invoice and the original credit card used to purchase the order to a store location near you.  Both the invoice and the original credit card are required for a full credit card refund.
  • Any STG Stone Age merchandise ordered via Google Checkout, Amazon.com, or PayPal payment method, can only be returned through our Online Store and may not be returned or exchanged at any of our store locations.

Google Checkout, Amazon, & PayPal Returns

Orders placed via Google Checkout, Amazon.com, or PayPal payment method must be returned and/or exchanged by mail through our Online Store. STG Store Locations will not be able to accept any returns or exchanges for orders placed via Google Checkout, Amazon.com, or PayPal payment method.

Return Tracking

Please Note: To ensure that you are able to track your return, please retain the upper portion of your pre-paid return SmartLabel with your tracking number. We will not be able to track your return without this number. We will not be responsible for lost return packages without a return tracking number provided.

Exchanges

Exchange Process

  • We will process a refund for your returned item(s) in the original form of payment.
  • A new order will be placed for the new item(s) you have requested (subject to availability).  Your credit card will be billed once these new item(s) are shipped. At this time you may be contacted to provide verification or to update your billing information.

Exchange Availability

All exchange requests are subject to availability. By the time your exchange request is received, there is a possibility that the item(s) you requested in exchange may no longer be available. If the item(s) you have requested in exchange for your return are no longer available at the time of processing, a refund will be issued for the returned item(s), and you will be notified via email.

Google Checkout/Amazon/PayPal Exchanges

Orders placed via Google Checkout, Amazon.com, or PayPal payment method must be returned or exchanged by mail through our Online Store. STG Store locations will not be able to accept any returns or exchanges for orders placed via Google Checkout, Amazon.com, or PayPal payment method.

Rush Exchanges

To ensure that you receive your exchange item before it is sold out, we offer the option for a Rush Exchange. Rush exchanges are available for in-stock items only.

To Request a Rush Exchange:

  • Specify the style that you would like, as well as the color and size.
  • You will not be charged for standard shipping.
  • Your credit card will be charged for the new item(s) and we will process your refund once we have received your return package.
  • To complete your rush exchange, please follow our standard return procedure, and be sure to only fill out the return portion of the return form when sending in the items that you wish to exchange

Changes & Cancellations

Our goal is to provide the fastest possible service by processing orders within one business day of receipt. We will try our best to accommodate your order cancellation or adjustment request if your order has not already been processed. However, once an order has entered the shipping process, we will not be able to make any changes or cancellations.

if you are interested in purchasing a different item or the same item in a different size and/or color, we suggest that you place a new order to ensure that you will receive the item while it is still available. Please refuse the original order at the time of delivery or use the enclosed prepaid return shipping label to send the original order or item back to us.

Eyewear Return & Exchange Policy

Eyewear is sold in select Stoneage Stores, department stores, boutiques, and through our Online Store.

Eyewear Purchased Online

Eyewear purchased through our Online Store must be returned or exchanged within 30 days with the original protective case. Your eyewear return must be unworn and in new condition with the original protective case and online order invoice included in order to be eligible for a return or exchange.

We will not be able to accept return/exchange requests for eyewear that is returned to us in worn and/or damaged condition. Additionally, we do not accept eyewear returns/exchanges that are returned without the original protective case and online order invoice.

Eyewear Purchased at Department Stores or Boutiques

We will process a return/exchange for eyewear that was purchased through our online store only. For eyewear purchased at department stores, boutiques, or at an STG Store Location, you must return the eyewear to the store where it was originally purchased. Eyewear returns/exchanges for products purchased at department stores and boutiques are subject to the terms of the original store's return policy.

Damaged or defective eyewear purchased at department stores and boutiques can only be returned or exchanged to the original store where the product was purchased (subject to the terms of the original store's return policy). Defective eyewear that was purchased at a store location can also be exchanged through the manufacturing company, Safilo. To contact Safilo for more information, please call (0092-42) 111 245 245.

Watch Return & Exchange Policy

StoneAge Watch Collection is sold in select StoneAge stores, department stores, boutiques and on our website.

Watches Purchased Online

Watches purchased through our online store may be returned or exchanged within 30 days with the original protective case. Your watch return must be unworn and in new condition with the original protective case and online order invoice included in order to be eligible for a return/exchange.

We will not be able to accept return/exchange requests for watches that are returned to us in worn and/or damaged condition. Additionally, we do not accept watch returns/exchanges that are returned without the original protective case and online order invoice.

We will process a return/exchange for watches purchased through our online store only. For watches purchased at department stores, boutiques or at an STG Store Location, you must return the watch to the store where it was originally purchased. Watch returns/exchanges for products purchased at department stores and boutiques are subject to the terms of the original store's return policy.

Damaged or defective watches purchased at department stores and boutiques can only be returned or exchanged to the original store where the product was purchased (subject to the terms of the original store's return policy). A defective watch that was purchased at a store location can also be exchanged through the manufacturing company, Metro Service Center, by calling (0092-42) 111 245 245.

Watches Warranty

All watches carry a 2 year limited warranty on the movement and against manufacturer's defect.

During the warranty period, the watch movement, hands and dial are the only components covered under this warranty, these will be repaired or the watch will be replaced at the sole discretion of Metro Service Center, free of repair charges, if it proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use. An $8.50 return shipping and handling fee will apply to all warranty service.

if the problem you are having with your watch is not covered under warranty, or if your warranty has expired, the service and repair charges are as follows:

  • $27.00 for the repair of all components not covered under warranty, this includes the return shipping and handling fee.
  • $17.00 for the battery replacement; this includes return shipping and handling fee (Excluding Wrist Net products).

The warranty does not cover:

  • Battery, crystal, strap or bracelet
  • Damage resulting from improper handling, lack of care, accidents or normal wear and tear
  • Water damage unless marked water resistant
  • Indirect or consequential damage resulting form the defects of inaccuracy or inoperativeness of the watch.

The warranty is void if the watch has been damaged by accident, negligence, unauthorized service or other factors not due to defects in the watch.
